PROCON is an independent consulting and advisory company based in Jordan. We bring together experienced professionals across engineering, construction, commercial, environmental and strategic disciplines, rather than focusing on a single service.
A single project can face an engineering problem, a contractual dispute, a budget overrun and an environmental compliance issue at the same time. We coordinate the right expertise to address these interconnected challenges together, so clients get one clear, consistent view.
Our role is to advise, assess, coordinate, manage and provide independent technical oversight. We are not a contractor, and we do not build the projects we advise on.
